In 2021, the new SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences project opened in Dubai. From the outset, the restaurants “Carna by Dario Cecchini Dubai” (steakhouse), “Fi´lia Dubai” (Italian cuisine) and especially “S Bar Dubai”, located on the 71st floor, have become popular gathering places for the local elite, including international celebrities. The outdoor terrace on the 70th floor, with its spectacular view of the illuminated Burj Khalifa, is increasingly becoming the venue for media-hyped parties and celebrations.
The project combines a five-star SLS hotel and a residential section for private owners. The unit prices of the apartments are rising in line with the project's popularity, which has been steadily increasing over time.
